Information for new Junior School families

Junior School Information

Class Teacher meeting

All new students to the Junior School will have a meeting with their Class Teacher on Tuesday, 28 January 2025 (day before School starts). A staff member from the Junior School will contact you to organise this meeting with your son’s class teacher. You are more than welcome to drop your books in at this interview. Boys are to wear smart casual dress, no uniform required.

Junior School boys have a range of uniform requirements. Here is an overview of what Junior School boys wear across the week.

After School Care

After school care is provided daily from 3:10pm until 6:00pm at a cost to parents. After school care is operated by an external provider, Team Kids. Please register to use this service via their website.

Tuckshop

Tuckshop is available daily for morning tea and lunch. Orders can be placed on the Spriggy Schools app, the link on the TGS App, or Spriggy Schools website. For more information, please review this guide.

The mandatory cut off time for tuckshop orders is 9:00am each day.

Timetable

Each class has its own timetable, however a day in the Junior School generally follows this schedule:
